1 Glenwood Modern E 590 (rolltop mantle)
Just in, and won’t last long, Glenwood Modern E 590 model. Earlier and rare with 9 inch lids, rolltop mantle with two settings and lattice shelf, swinging trivets, nice large firebox and oven, and for the added ambiance the water reservoir. Gorgeous! Our Clarion, by Wood & Bishop, Bangor, Me. One of the only stoves that the casting is not symmetrical. 12 Glenwood 280 C
Gorgeous Green! This Glenwood 280 C has a nice green enamel finish. It is a little smaller than a 208 Glenwood C in overall size, firebox size and oven size. Not that many nice enameled stoves left out there in this color. Click thumbnail for large preview.
13 Glenwood C 208
Glenwood C 208. C should stand for classic as it is probably the most used and usable stove ever. It is another one of the Weir Stove Co.’s large kitchen ranges with 6 burners and large oven for all your cooking needs. This one has a beautiful back mantle with two warming shelfs. Overall dimensions: 52″ H, 56″ W, 35″ D. Height to cooktop 31 1/2″, cooktop 36″ x 29 1/2″. Oven is 20″ W, 19 1/2″ D, 12″ H. Firebox is 22″ L, 8 1/2″ W, 8 1/2″ D. Here is a beautiful stove made by the Walker & Pratt Mfg. Co. Boston Ma, in the early 1900′s. It is a midsize stove well built and attractive with swinging trivets and ornate detailing. I don’t have the dimensions yet but it’s firebox and oven look like they’re even bigger than a Queen Atlantic! This is a really cute little stove. Fairy Crawford made by Walker & Pratt Mfg. Co., Boston Ma. It has a single shelf back mantle, has just been rebuilt. Overall dimensions 37 1/2″ H, 48″ W, 32″ D. Century Crawford. This was a wonderful find. The Crawford’s made by Walker & Pratt, Boston Ma. are exceptionally well built and attractive stoves. This stove has just been restored and is waiting for nickel plating. Overall dimensions are 54″ H, 50″ W, 33″ D. Height to cooktop is 32″, cooktop is 36″ x 28″. Oven is 20″ W, 20″ D, 12″ H. This Glenwood K is the workhorse of the Glenwoods. It has a large oven, 6 burners, side shelf and two shelf mantle. It has lots of nickel and would be the showpiece of any kitchen.
